This module will represent the history of the communist terrorism in the countries of the so-called "socialist camp”, and will also reveal (through exhibits) the communist criminality of other communist epigones in Asia, Africa, and America, who until not long ago continued the communist terrorism in their own countries, intending to export totalitarian actions and ideologies to other countries. We note with regret that humanity has not yet freed itself from the communism disease, and the terrible legacy of the crimes committed by the ideas and actions of these criminals does not develop resistance in some peoples against communism.

The functionality of this module will be broader due to thematic exhibitions that are expected to be brought from other countries - victims of the communist invasion, since these exhibitions will allow ordinary citizens to understand the extent of organized criminal perversion of the dictatorial mentality. Collaboration with other museums is necessary for technical knowledge, which is important for the exhibition and aesthetic assembly of the historical material. The activity of many museums (featuring related content) from Ukraine, Russia, Romania and other European countries will be a good “teaching book" for the founders of the museum of victims of political repressions in Bessarabia, since the creation of a study center and of an archive on the territory of the museum will attract more opinions and visions in managing the museum complex from the village (Mereni). We note that the territory of the museum could house not only the meetings of historians; - the camps of creative arts (painters, sculptors) met for tematico-historical creations will be a good opportunity for aesthetics and filling the space of the museum with original creations.

Bearing in mind that visitors have already begun to come to the museum, and that in the near future their (visitors) number will increase, the founders and organizers of the museum intend to create modern conditions for guests and visitors to the museum. Thus, in close proximity to the conference hall, a small hotel and a restaurant for visitors will be built and landscaped, at the same time, parking spaces will be created.
